The Pop Up occurs when you swipe left on any touch pad. It does not appear to matter where cursor is on screen, just if your finger is on right edge of touch pad and you move finger left. This happens even when MS TEAMS has been completely uninstalled for days. If you click anywhere in the pop up, windows re-installs TEAMS.
